- We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Complimentary delivery on all orders, across all emirates.
- Orders arrive within 2–3 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality reasons, fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement.
